Libby Masek (she/they) is the new Interim Executive Director of Artisans Asylum. Libby's expertise in managing dynamic organizations and her passion for building inclusive communities makes her an ideal leader for our community. Libby brings a rich background in behavior analysis, operations, and process improvement and excels in driving organizational success through transparent communication and a deep understanding of user experience. With decades of experience, Libby has honed a unique approach that centers on fostering trust, delivering value, and elevating esteem within organizations. 

Libby is eager to expand A2’s role in the greater Boston area, ensuring that our efforts are not only innovative but also deeply meaningful and community-oriented. Her commitment to celebrating and harnessing our diversity of makers, creatives and artists, is key as we continue on this journey together.
