Meet Bleu Vermeer (They/Them), our dedicated Program Coordinator at Artisans Asylum. With a passion for teaching and a knack for organization, Bleu Vermeer ensures that all classes, events, and activities run seamlessly within our creative community.
Having started teaching at the young age of eleven, Bleu brings a wealth of experience to their current role. While previously focused on the instructional side, they have seamlessly transitioned to the administrative side, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability.
One of Bleu's greatest strengths lies in their ability to tailor class materials to meet the diverse needs of students. With a welcoming and inclusive approach, they create a comfortable learning environment for individuals of different abilities and learning styles. Their commitment to accessibility ensures that everyone can engage and grasp the subject matter effectively.
A lifelong student at heart, Bleu approaches each experience as an opportunity to learn and grow. They find joy in witnessing the moment a student achieves understanding, and their enthusiasm for education is contagious.
In addition to their role as Program Coordinator, Bleu shares their expertise in needle-felting through engaging classes. Their passion for arts and crafts extends beyond the administrative realm, adding a creative flair to their skill set.
