Meet Your Maker: Eliza “Epsilon” Mitchell
Tell us a bit about yourself. What do you do?
Drawing, watercolor, and painting, mainly. I have also started doing some stuff with bikes and welding. Hoping to delve more into electronics so I can deck out my bikes with programmed lights when I’m done with them.
I started drawing when I was five and kept doing it faithfully into adulthood. All of my school notebooks and homework were covered in doodles and sometimes even detailed drawings, to a point where it was more artwork than schoolwork. The process and the subjects of my drawings have changed over time, and in college, I started to add watercolor and inks. Recently, I started using a drawing tablet. Pushing my own creative boundaries is something I enjoy thoroughly, and A2 has provided many opportunities to do that. I’m looking forward to learning more and putting new media to the test.
Where can we find you at A2?
I am on the corner near the screenprinting shop before you enter MPR1. 🙂
