This one session beginner class will train students on how to use the Asylum’s new product photography studio equipment safely, and will teach a start to finish digital workflow for typical small and large member projects, from jewelry to furniture.
Students will be introduced to the basic operation of the studio’s high-resolution camera, small product light box, studio strobes, light modifiers, and tethered shooting directly into the Adobe Lightroom photo editing software, and then exporting a finished image for the web. Practical applications of proper image exposure concepts will be discussed to help the student understand and confidently document their work before it leaves their possession.
All materials for this class will be provided.
This class will not run with fewer than 3 students.
